Now that you know how to get an individual’s attention (as detailed in Video #1), it’s time to influence behaviors. To begin, you must understand ‘human motivation’. Many still believe that motivation can be ‘bought’ through pay raises, rewards, gift cards, and prizes designed to promote specific behaviors. In this video, Tim Autrey reveals the short-lived nature of such efforts. He dives into where ‘motivation’ actually comes from, and offers insights into what you can do to grow it and sustain it. He then leverages off of the awareness of behavioral science to provide you with a specific approach for getting to ‘yes’, as well as a model, which when understood and utilized, affords you the ability to get any human being to want to do virtually anything you want them to do.
