Electrical Generation/Transmission

PPI has been setting the standard for Next-level Human Performance™ within the electrical generation/transmission industry since 2005, achieving error reduction rates of up to 87.5% with some of the largest generators, transmission organizations, and service companies on the planet.  In 2010, Tim Autrey authored the EPRI Report on human error reduction (Report #1019687).  PPI has presented for the Electrical Power Research Institute (EPRI), and the National Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC).  PPI’s Mastery and HU Basic Training™ courses are approved for Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) by NERC.



Nuclear Power Generation

This Third-Dimension approach directly addresses (and reverses) many of the causes of degraded performance cited in INPO SOER 10-2 and IER 11-3, as well as those cited within Cumulative Impact studies conducted by the Nuclear Energy Institute.

Implementation of Practicing Perfection® at the DC Cook Nuclear Generating Station resulted in a 75% reduction in major events and a 60% reduction in union grievances.  PPI efforts with the Palo Verde Training Department resulted in the first-ever industry award by INPO of Strength  TR.1 (Using Training to Improve Performance).  PPI is a member of the American Nuclear Society.  Tim Autrey has presented at Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Conferences, on behalf of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)., and was the opening Keynote Speaker for the Utility Services Alliance (USA) Executive Summit in both 2013 and 2014.
